Our goal is to have members of our community and beyond participate in the event in hopes of raising awareness and donations for our cause.

This event will take place in Riverside Park in front of the Amphitheater and will utilize the Shenango River Trail.

Join us for our 1st Annual “ Run for the Paws 5K Run/Walk and Pup Parade” fundraising event on October 16th, 2021. Register here: Registrants will be able to pick up their event day shirts and bibs at Strayhaven Animal Shelter (94 Donation Road, Greenville) on Friday October 14th 12pm-6pm or the day of the event October 15th beginning at 8 am. $30.00 late registration (10/10 at 11:59 PM EDT through the day of the event) $20.00 early registration (through 9/30 at 11:59 PM EDT) Registration includes t-shirt, race bib, and post-race snacks. We run solely off of donations and appreciate any contribution and support! Strayhaven Animal Shelter provides veterinary care, food, and shelter for the homeless and abused animals of Mercer Country.
